Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove Takes the Spotlight at Auteur’s Distinct Salon Series

The world of culinary artistry that is Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove came to life at the exclusive chef demonstration in our latest Salon Series. Held in our well-appointed sales gallery, our guests received an in-person presentation of the world-class appliances found in each residence as well as our amenity level demonstration kitchen.

We had the pleasure of introducing Chef Alex Diaz, who boasts an accomplished decade of international culinary experience. He gave quite the demonstration, and our guests were able to see first-hand how perfectly prepared food yields maximum flavor — especially when prepared using state-of-the-art appliances. 

Passionate about both food and Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances, Chef Diaz speaks highly of their impact on the cooking experience. “Having the honor of working in such an incredible kitchen with the best appliances from Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove takes the cooking experience to a whole new level,” he said recently in an interview for  Cultured Magazine. “The products guide me through the process while helping me prepare every dish perfectly.”

Our guests were treated to generous hors d’oeuvres, served with carefully curated wine pairings.  A full sensory experience, Chef Diaz’s demonstration provided helpful insight into the technical and design aspects of their robust suite of products. Guests were able to observe select Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products in action, which only added to their anticipation about their future homes.
